1st course - Hungarian Pizza:
George’s own Hungarian twist on the Italian classic with sauerkraut and kielbasa.
2nd course - Cucumber Salad:
Thinly sliced cucumbers dressed in sour cream vingarette with of course, paprika.
3rd course - Braised Veal:
Tender chunks of braised veal in a sour cream tomato sauce served with Paprika’d mashed potatoes. Traditional Hungarian mashed potatoes with sour cream, sautéed onions and paprika.
4th course - Palacsinta:
A traditional Hungarian dessert crepe served throughout Hungary and featured at the famous Gerbeaud’s Café in Budapest.
